Overview

You can add a new pharmacist into the uniPHARM CNS system to allow the pharmacist to enter narcotic orders from his/her store.

Narcotic Authorization Form

1.Stores will call and say they have a new pharmacist that is joining there store staff.

2.To be able for the new member to order narcotics for the store they first must be set up in our system.

3.While on the phone, the CSR must start Narcotic Authorization paperwork superserver.unipharm.local\Customer Service\common\New Pharmacist Form\Narcotic Authorization Form.xlsx Over the phone fill out the following information using information from the store:

• Store name
• New Pharmacists first and last name
• Pharmacist number
