• TekTerm Server has been purchased. In the case of an emergency, the installer and saved configuration files from the existing controllers are available here. The license is below. If not, we are going to defer installation to next year.

• DocView 9.2.1 was installed successfully on 3 laptops (Jeremy, Nancy, Norwin), and it is now able to connect to the server despite the version mismatch because of workaround. However, the client crashes for 2 laptops (Nancy, Norwin) upon exiting only (so it works fine), and I discovered that it's related to permissions, as the problem does not manifest itself if you run DocView as Administrator.

• Teresa needs this folder restored from tape. The earliest good copy is Tape UWD618 or UWD619. I can do this upon return.

• I enrolled in the on-demand version of VMware Install, Configure, Manage. It's a self-paced version with 45-day access to the course, which I will start first week of January 2017.

• Hogarth's was emailed a full catalogue file for their WinWard POS system.

• Shareholders were reporting that they were receiving old order confirmations every day at the exact same time. It was clear by the symptoms that the change to save the spool file that was made in troubleshooting that Catapult problem with McCue's was the culprit here. I deleted all spool files saved from the ORDERCONF out queue.

• Rebuild of Backup RAID-5 array completed successfully.

• There was a mix-up with a narcotic order that involved attempted corrective actions in the warehouse and by Accounting and Customer Service. As a result, the items involved may turn up in the weekly out-of-balance reports. It's not necessary to fix these immediately. Items will be in XX locations (clonazepam, lorazepam).

• Stephen is working on a staff survey activity regarding workplace harassment. It will be deployed via a Moodle activity in 2017. Work has started on it, nothing significant to note other than it's in Moodle.
