Overview

The Unipharm Wall Calendars (18"x36") are produced for office and pharmacy use.

• Gather information for the following year (days of week, holidays, conventions, etc.)
• Check with Gerald in the warehouse to make sure we have enough shipping tubes on hand. These are set aside and will not show in inventory.
• Open InDesign file for previous year.
• Update all the information
• Save as a pdf file and print a copy.
• Have Teresa proof.

Email Bond Reproduction

• Email Bond the pdf file
• Order the same quantity as the previous year.
• Allow 1 week for printing

Shipping

• Send calendars out the 1st or 2nd week of December
• Send x2 calendars to each shareholder and any customer request depending on inventory.
