Overview

As part of Health Canada's requirement, we need to flag Hotlines in regards to Customer Complaints by using the appropriate problem codes.

Customer Complaints

When creating Hotlines for Customer Complaints, please use the following problem codes and forward Hotline to the appropriately person:

  1. MDC (Medical Device Complaint) - forward Hotline to ROYF (Roy Freedman)
  2. OPC (OTC Product Complaint) - forward Hotline to JOHNT (John Targett)
  3. PPC (Pharmaceutical Product Complaint) - forward Hotline to JOHNT (John Targett)
