Information Systems:Cannot Close Inbound Shipment-Shipment in Use

When an RF receiver starts working on a shipment, a record is added to file UROLCU (Inbound shipment receiving RF users). When they are finished, that record is deleted.
If the process does not end properly, that record is left in the file, and the shipment will not be able to be closed. The message ‘The shipment is being used by RF receivers’ will be displayed.

On the warehouse receiving menu, ‘Shipments in Use Inquiry’ will display all records in UROLCU.

Make sure that the receiver indicated as working on this shipment actually isn’t, then use DFU to remove the record from UROLCU.
Press page down until you see the record for the PO that won’t close. Then press F23 (upper shift F11) twice to delete.
