Check the picker (ie MAI 99 SHEILAV) in |‘Resource Allocation Table Maintenance’. If the user is in the warehouse twice, one must be deleted. Check the one left to make sure the user is still active in all zones. Go into the ‘resource’; all zones except ‘GC’ should be active. Activate a zone by selecting it.
A bug in the program to create a warehouse user added two records to this file for MAI; instead of one for MAI and one for RET.
