Work with Adjusting Accumulated Depreciation

  • Click Hidden Option Tasks→Select Menu Item→Type AA175→Click enter→Double-click AA175

Accumulated Depreciation Maintenance

  1. Enter asset number
  2. Click enter OR
  3. Double-click asset number

  1. Change Depr opening balance
  2. Change Depreciation YTD
  3. Click enter

*Warning - be careful when changing, this may affect g/l balances. *This should only be used to change pre-existing assets. AAD3.png

  1. Press F12 to move back to previous panel
