Information Systems:Demo log for phone system upgrade project

For the phone upgrade project, both ThinkTel and 3CX are being demoed, with the possibility of more platforms/services. This page will note any observations on call quality and user experience.

• Switched the codec priority for ThinkTel in 3CX to G711 U-law (I think this is aka PCMU?). The default G729 codec is higher-compression with decent audio quality, while PCMU is higher bandwidth.
