If, when a user tries to go into a maintenance program in InfoNet, the record isn't displayed, it could be a record lock. The programs open the files in update mode, which means they have to be able to get an exclusive lock.

Go into WRKACTJOB, and look at the CGI jobs for the http servers (subsystem QHTTPSVR).

Check for a status of LCKW (lock wait). If found, use option 5 'Work With' on that line, 12 'Work With Locks', F10 'Display Job Record Locks', 5 'Display member record locks'
