Information Systems:WebSmart Cannot Load Record for Maintenance
If, when a user tries to go into a maintenance program in InfoNet, the record isn't displayed, it could be a record lock. The programs open the files in update mode, which means they have to be able to get an exclusive lock.
This commonly happens when someone has done an inventory transaction on the item, and then stayed in the ASW program. In order to release the record, they must exit the program.
Go into WRKACTJOB, and look at the CGI jobs for the http servers (subsystem QHTTPSVR).
