Until we build a user interface on InfoNet to allow a user to run the Amenity Healthcare query on their own we will have to manually run it and e-mail the reports. It has been agreed upon that we will run the query for the following three stores:

  • Memorial (#12424)
  • Qualicum (#12425)
  • Nanoose (#12426)

The query will be run every Monday morning. If there is a holiday on Monday run it on Tuesday. The query will be run for the previous week (Sunday to Saturday). Be sure to change the date in the 3 locations that it is specified in each SQL query. The SQL files are located in \\superserver\tech\common\Saved SQL Queries\Amenity Health Custom Report\ The files will be renamed as follows:

  • 4001 Qualicum (Sep. 03 - Sep. 09, 2017).xlsx
  • 4002 Nanoose (Sep. 03 - Sep. 09, 2017).xlsx
  • 4003 Memorial (Sep. 03 - Sep. 09, 2017).xlsx

Of course replace the dates with the dates that are actually run. Send all three reports by email to RickyZ and ChristineD.
