Overview

Prototype Integrated (23950) has a special arrangement with uniPHARM. The $1,000 minimum has been reduced to $500, the customer will order via web orders and the customer will be billed back freight charges monthly (once billed from Atlas).

5. Click Freight to Sales Analysis
6. Enter From and to Dates
7. Enter Partner 23950 and press Enter
8. Click Search
9. Invoice store for monthly Freight total

Freight Invoicing

1. Click Sales/work with sales orders/Add
2. Enter Customer Number 23950
3. Enter Warehouse MAI
4. Press Enter
5. Enter Item#02009553, Quantity 1, Unit EA and Price (the amount of the monthly freight total from Infonet)
6. Press Enter
7. Change Cust desc Monthly Freight Charge
8. Press Enter
9. Click green right arrow
10. Press Enter
11. Press F12
12. Mark invoice
13. Press Invoicing
14. Press Enter
