- Coupon clearing services (see Coupon Clearing Services) for a company that stores could use for coupon clearing. We do not have a formal plan in place, each store is responsible to contact vendor directly.

- Bowers Medical do not get an afternoon delivery on Fridays as per Gerald. Apparently this was implemented last September

- Yukon Daily Minimums are raising to $2500.00 as of July 1, 2017. Faxes have been sent to the stores that will be effected.

- New EHF fee surcharge structure for batteries. Battery EHF surcharge used to be charged per package but is now per battery in the package. e.g. item 00464875 pack of 4's will be charged $0.06 x4 = $0.24. This new fee structure as been in place since February 2017. We were only recently made aware of this change and Norma has updated our system.

- Jones compliance card complaints. Stores have been having problems with the cards not sticking. As per Norma the store must call Jones Packaging at 1-800-265-1009

- John said per returns policy we cannot take back partial creams, lotions, gels, ointments, liquids, powders and aerosols and web returns is unable to prevent an user from entering partials. It is best to check web returns for partials.

- Updated Order cut-off - we have extended the RX cut-off time to 5PM for BC other areas (Interior, PG, Northern). No change to Metro Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Alberta or Yukon.
