Information Systems:3CX Application Quick Start Guide
Using 3cx in the office for customer service agents.
Log into windows, the DESKTOP client should auto launch, and away you go .
Using the 3cx WEBCLIENT from home, log into your work computer using remote desktop. Open Chrome , and navigate to this page https://3cx.unipharm.local:5001/webclient/#/people log in use the webclient . to make and receive calls.
Using the 3cx App , using the welcome email from unipharm ( can be resent anytime at your request) scan the QR code of your account from the screen and the 3cx app will auto configure your profile.
Please remember all the apps have all the same functionalities, however the position /placement of the functions may be in different spots. The links at the bottom of the page will walk you through all the standard features and where to find them . We can add anything missing to this wiki page so point it out and we can help.
Problem Solving WebClient If there is a warning ,or the application is not functioning in a predictable way , please remember it will do no harm to the application to use CTRL+F5 and is recommended as a first step to resolving most issues, closing and reopening the application may also be done , as an independent troubleshooting method.
