Information Systems:How To Change Message Of The Day In Exware CMS

If there is a scheduled outage where Web Orders is unavailable to stores and we need to notify them ahead of time, the following steps will describe how to change the home page where everybody logs into Web Orders:

1. Log into the Exware CMS
2. Click on "Website Manager" in the top left corner
3. Click on "uniPHARM Wholesale Drugs" on the left side
4. Click on "Home" also on the left side
5. Click on the "body" file in the list of objects on the right side
6. Click "Update" from the Content menu
7. Change from WYSIWYG to simple text editor
8. Look for the text from the last alert notification - usually has a date
9. Remove the comment tags and edit the date and wording
10. Click "Next" and then "Finish" at the bottom
11. In the Content menu click "Publish Page" - don't click publish site
12. When the outage is finished do the same steps above, just add in the comment tags which are <!-- and -->
